The key to feeling stronger and more confident in your daily tasks is to follow a well-rounded exercise plan. During your free assessment, I will observe your current fitness level, consider any of your injuries or restrictions, then I’ll construct an exercise plan to get you back on track!
I focus from the feet up, as to optimize stability, mobility and strength.
My primary focus is to help you feel great! This begins by focusing on our connection to the ground through our feet. We will focus on reflexive stabilization, breathing, and the brains connection to your feet. This connection plays a critical role in the way our bodies stabilize and react during dynamic movements.
