Mobility is the ability to move freely and easily.

What areas of the body are most often impacted?

  • Feet/ankle

  • Hips/Glutes

  • Shoulder complex

Why?

Lack of movement is the #1 reason.

Muscles get weak and soft, and your fascia welds your body in positions that challenge your mobility and your ability to move freely.

What can you do?

First, you need to exercise.

Secondly, you need to relax your fascia and muscle network-foam rolling, massage ball etc.

Thirdly, you need to stretch.

Get in a routine where you are doing these activities on a regular basis.

Yoga is another great routine that should be added to your schedule.

Your particular program should be developed based on an a benchmark assessment of where you are today.
